_Italia Joe_ has a lifetime of experience to share. The range of interests covers
many topics. Geopolitics has been one of the more recent engagements to discover
his continuing relevance in his older age. Over the years religion and the need
for morality in our mutual existence have alerted _Italia Joe_ to think about his
mortality.

What God of the Old Testament Bible and Christianity have to offer is a theme in
his books and worthy of continuing discourse.

Other ideas already written about require a developmental platform and have become
a work in progress. Images of worldly travel over many years flicker among those
from research topics that have given depth to an understanding of different cultures.

The _Let’s Talk Blog_ provides the scope to share these concepts that have amongst
many been the impetus to cruise through old age in the company of bonsai trees and
grandchildren. The bonsai collection is given life in hyperspace via the YouTube
Channel _Bonsai Farmin’ _with links to the content in the tab with the same name
in this space.

Interests continue to develop from the fringes of kindred spirits of bloggers who
have a greater depth of understanding of some topics. Their views are explored for
confirmation of empirical logic which the _Italia Joe_ persona uses to navigate
his trials and tribulations. Perhaps he shall formulate _thought bubbles_ or provide
an opinion to explain his position in the social tsunamis sweeping the Western World.

_Italia Joe_ wants to believe in the ‘Constitutional based Democracy’ that Winston
Churchill articulated at the end of WW2. Even if it is beaten up from within or
under attack from the usual suspects; communists, the nouveau fascist billionaires,
spooks and jihadists, Italia Joe’s voice shall side with Churchill’s ideals.

Over the years, it has been necessary to discard artifacts that once may have had
value, but as times change decisions need to be made. The reasons for change are
usually based on new information that comes to the surface or has been actively
sought after. I have made many transitions in points of view and continue to question
the beliefs I develop. Biases are necessary to defend such beliefs, and I’m comfortable
entering discussions from such perspectives.
